Delivery information for EMORT Cases orders.

Where we ship

United Kingdom addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Standard UK shipping is free on all orders unless we state otherwise on the product page.

Dispatch time

Cases are printed after you order. We usually dispatch within 5 working days of payment, but busy periods or custom wraps may take longer. We will email you when your order ships.

Delivery

We use tracked UK delivery where available. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your location.

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund where appropriate.
