Terms of Sale

Contract terms for orders from EMORT Cases.

Introduction

These terms apply when you buy from EMORT Cases at https://cases.emort.co.uk ("we", "us"). Ben Emort trading as EMORT sells made-to-order phone cases to customers in the United Kingdom.

Last updated: September 2026.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Returns & Refunds policy, and our Privacy Policy.

What we sell

We sell:

  • Limited numbered weekly drops (fixed quantity, print-to-order)
  • An always-on collection of designs (print-to-order when you order)
  • Custom wraps printed from an image you upload

Ordering and contract

Browsing the site is not an offer to sell. When you pay via Stripe Checkout, we accept your order by confirming it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order before production starts (for example if a drop sells out, payment fails, or a custom upload breaks our upload rules).

Prices are shown in GBP. Limited drops show remaining stock; checkout reserves stock briefly while you pay.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your order is not confirmed until payment succeeds.

The shop may be paused from time to time while we update systems or payment setup. When paused, checkout is disabled.

Made to order and cancellation

Because every case is printed to order for you (numbered drops, collection designs, and custom wraps), you do not have a statutory cooling-off right to cancel or get a change-of-mind refund once production has started. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the usual 14-day distance-sale cancellation right. By completing checkout you ask us to start production.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong phone model chosen, or preferring a different design after ordering. Your statutory rights for faulty goods or goods not as described still apply. See Returns & Refunds.

Cases are printed after you order. Mockups on the site are for illustration; final colour, alignment, and finish may vary slightly from screen previews. Custom wraps are produced from the image and placement you submit; you are responsible for checking the preview before adding to bag.

Custom uploads

You must only upload images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, infringing, hateful, or explicit content unless it is your own lawful material and suitable for print.

We may reject or cancel custom orders that break these rules and refund the payment where production has not started.

Delivery

UK delivery only unless we state otherwise. See our Shipping policy for dispatch times and delivery details.

Limited drops and archive

Drop designs are limited to the stated quantity. When sold out, that numbered drop moves to the archive and is not reprinted as a drop.

Edition numbers are assigned at fulfilment. Verification codes on cards can be checked on this site.

Faulty goods and your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a case arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.
